Who are the winners of American Idol?

American Idol is the most popular American reality TV show in the search for the next Superstar which is being aired since June 11, 2002 at Fox television every season. This was from the creation of the British entertainment executive Mr. Simon Fuller, the Pop Idol of United Kingdom in the year 2001.

This reality TV program aims in seeking and discovering best singer/ performer in the country through the nationwide series of auditions. The contestants will show their best performances and American public decides for the outcomes of the phone voting. The program is usually aired almost all over the world.

The judges who give critiques on the contestants' performances:

In the Seasons 1-7 (2002-2008) there were three judges, they were:

• Randy Jackson (record producer and music manager)
• Paula Abdul (pop singer and choreographer)

In Season 8 (2009), another judge was added to the group:

• Kara DioGuardi (singer/songwriter and record producer)

In Season 9 (2010), Paul Abdul left and another judge was included:

• Ellen DeGeneres (talk show personality and comedian)

In Season 10 (2011) Kara Dio Guardi, Ellen DeGeneres and Simon Cowell left the show and they were replaced by:

• Jennifer Lopez (award-winning singer/actress and record producer)
• Steven Tyler (Aerosmith frontman and Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter)
